Eddie Rodríguez González – Sales & Operations

I am graduate of hotel and tourism administration, with an entrepreneurial spirit with advanced training in organizational analysis, customer service and study of budgets and costs.

Enjoy working in Hospitality for nearly 10 years at the front desk and managements of duty, and then move over the last five years working in travel agencies.


I like organizing events, trips itineraries and helping as much as I can,  this is both in personal and work levels.

I believe my work place is my second  home, since one spends most of the day there  and to make my work environment pleasant is one of my mayor purposes in life. I am  a very hard working person , committed and loyal.

Among my personal interests , I enjoy watching and playing soccer, the Triathlon and spend time with family and friends. I love the beach and the relaxing sensation it gives

Bismarck Campos – Sales & Operations

With more than 8 years of experience on the turism industry, Bismarck has joined our sales team for second time on June 2009, after one year of traveling and living at the north pacific coast of Costa Rica,  expanding his skills on what this amazing *Golden Coast* has to offer for its visitors. He also has the opportunity to live at the central Pacific Coast on his earliest years within the industry, knowing the beach locations and spots as the back of his hand.

His experience designing itineraries for religious, student, seniors, multisport groups and now his new specialty weddings and honeymoons provide to our customers the guarantee that he will take care of every single detail of their trip.

When I`m designing an itinerary  I feel like an artist who has the opportunity to provide our customers unique experiences in this magical country. Bismarck says.

Henry Rodriguez- Inbound Director

Henry joined the Terranova team Team back in January 2010 becoming the newest addition to our company. He is involved in sales and also takes care of product development in Costa Rica, his mission is to be aware of new properties or destinations in the country to offer to our customers, he achieves this by continuous exploration all over the country; also he is in direct contact with travelers during their journey in Costa Rica making sure that everything is running smoothly, this assures a 100% satisfaction to our customers. 

He brings to the company over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry: he’s been part of different local tour operators as a sales department representative handling major accounts for some of the biggest tour operators in the country; he has also being part of a US company working as a sales rep in New York City for a couple of years, experience that gave him the insight of the culture of our main target travelers. But he’s been on the field as well, working as a tour leader for groups of Costa Ricans traveling across Asia, he was able to experience first hand the destination and became an Asia expert as well.  

He is passionate about his job and that shows on several reviews from customers from all over the US who, thanks to his guidance, enjoy the best experience possible during their trip to Costa Rica.
